“No es Pituko” means “it ain’t fancy” — and this orange wine proudly wears that badge. Unfiltered, unfined, and fermented with wild yeasts, it’s a gloriously hazy, peachy-orange number with notes of dried apricot, orange peel, and chamomile. There’s grip from the skins, but nothing too wild — just enough to keep things interesting without tipping into funk territory.

Brilliant with roast squash, spiced chickpeas, or anything involving tahini. Or crack it open with friends who don’t take wine too seriously — and maybe blow their minds a bit.
