Made with extended skin contact and minimal intervention, this natural wine offers texture, funk, and a fresh vibrancy that makes it a favourite among orange wine lovers.

Appearance: Cloudy amber-orange hue with golden highlights.
Nose: Aromas of dried apricot, orange peel, and chamomile lead the way, backed by notes of honeycomb, wild herbs, and a touch of nuttiness.
Palate: Textural and dry, with flavours of stone fruit, citrus zest, and green tea. Gentle tannins from the skin contact create a grippy mouthfeel, balanced by a lively acidity. There's an underlying earthiness and a saline edge that adds intrigue.
Finish: Crisp and slightly savoury, with lingering notes of citrus peel and subtle spice.
