Wine Club FAQ's

Why is there a waiting list for the wine subscription?

To ensure we maintain our high standards of customer service and the personal touch in our bespoke wine cases, we open a limited number of new subscription slots each month. These are available on a first-come, first-served basis. If you'd like to join, simply register your interest, and we’ll notify you as soon as a space becomes available.

Can I stop or change anytime?

Yes—pause, skip, cancel anytime after Box 2.

When will my case get delivered?

We deliver your case at the start of the month.

What if I don’t like a wine?

Send it back, get a replacement—no questions asked.

Will I get same wines each time?

Never. We guarantee variety—no repeats unless you request them.
