Why is there a waiting list for the wine subscription?
To ensure we maintain our high standards of customer service and the personal touch in our bespoke wine cases, we open a limited number of new subscription slots each month. These are available on a first-come, first-served basis. If you'd like to join, simply register your interest, and we’ll notify you as soon as a space becomes available.
How often do I receive a case?
With our wine subscription, you’ll receive a case of 6 bottles delivered every other month.
Can I skip a box if I have too much wine?
Yes absolutely – you just need to log in to your account and amend your subscription there.
Is there a contract?
There’s no long-term contract. After you’ve received your second box, you’re free to pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time.
When will my case get delivered?
We aim to deliver your case as close to the start of each month as possible. If you’re local, we’ll personally deliver it to you. If you're outside our delivery area, we’ll use a trusted courier to get it to you safely
Can I change the split of my case?
Absolutely! When you first subscribe, you can choose the ratio of red and white wines for your first two cases. After that, you can update your preferences at any time.
Can I upgrade my case?
Yes, Anytime after your second case, we can upgrade your subscription.
What if you send me a wine I don't enjoy?
Our wine subscription is about exploring new wines and expanding your horizons. However: If you drink a wine from us and don't love it, we'll send you a better bottle for free.
