A lovely Merlot with juicy dark cherry, ripe plum and blackberry flavours, complemented by hints of spice and earthy complexity. Smooth, rounded and beautifully approachable, with gentle tannins and a moreish finish.

Pair with slow-roasted lamb, grilled steak or a rich beef ragù, where the wine’s generous fruit complements those savoury flavours. For a veggie option, try roasted aubergine with herby lentils, or keep things simple with aged Comté and crusty sourdough. A proper crowd-pleaser, made for good food and even better company.
