Tasting Notes: A light, refreshing wine with notes of almond blossom, citrus and white peach leading to a crisp finish with a lovely saline mineral note from the sea.

Good to Know: The Château takes its name from the watchtowers that overlooked the ‘Via Domitia’. Located in the ‘Corbières Maritime’, the estate covers 100 hectares of vineyard. Vines were first planted after the Revolution, but real progress only took place in 2004, when the Allard family took over and meticulously rejuvenated the vineyard and cellar, focussing on quality with an ethical approach and sustainable cultivation. The estate was certified organic in 2020.
