A beautifully polished English Chardonnay with real finesse. Think crisp green apple, lemon zest and white peach, with subtle hints of toasted hazelnut, creamy butterscotch and a lovely mineral edge. Bright, elegant and wonderfully balanced, with a fresh, lingering finish that speaks of its cool-climate roots.
Delicious with buttery scallops, roast chicken or a lovely piece of pan-fried turbot. Also a brilliant match for wild mushroom risotto, creamy cheeses or simply some fresh sourdough and good salted butter.
