Good to Know: Basilisco is Feudi di San Gregorio’s winery in Basilicata, located in the very heart of the Aglianico del Vulture DOCG. The vines are grown in volcanic soils, surrounded by olive trees, and are farmed organically under the watchful eye of Pierpaolo Sirch, having been certified organic from the 2015 vintage.
