Undurraga Rosé Royal, Chile

To kick things off, what better way to welcome you to our humble abode than with something pink and fabulous? Putting a little sparkle into your morning is this 100% Pinot Noir rosé bubbly from Undurraga in Valle de Leyda, one of Chile's most prestigious wineries. The ideal apéritif, it offers abundant notes of fresh red berries combined with subtle floral hints of rose.

Feudi di San Gregorio 'Dubl' Spumante, Italy

It's time to freshen your palate and tickle your tastebuds with our second fizzy delight, this 100% Falanghina metodo classico bubbly from Campania. Feudi di San Gregorio is a multi award-winning producer featuring in the 2021 Wine & Spirits Top 100 Wineries, and has produced a wonderfully fresh, aromatic sparkling wine with notes of crisp apple, peach and apricot complemented by floral tones.

Saffron Grange Classic Cuvée, England

Moving on to something distinctly more local, from Saffron Walden comes this fabulous traditional method wine that has been aged for 30 months on its yeast lees. It's delicious and complex, with a nose packed with red apple, red berries and creamy brioche balanced with a palate of vibrant grapefruit, soft stone fruit and a hint of honey. With a streak of flint minerality coming through, this wine has an elegant finish.

Michele Chiarlo 'Nivole' Moscato d'Asti, Italy

Into the realm of sweetness we delve, finishing with a palate-cleansing sweet wine from Michele Chiarlo, one of Piedmont's most highly regarded winemakers. Founded in 1956, this family winery produces top quality Moscato d'Asti from its VIVA-certified, sustainably cultivated vineyards. A classic sweet wine style, Nivole (tr. 'clouds') has fragrant floral aromas seamlessly complemented by peach and apricot notes. The gently sparkling palate is delicate, light and creamy, with a silky texture and a refreshing finish.
