This is a firm favourite for a Sunday Roast. Not only do I love the simplicity of it all, but that Mustard Mayo is one of the nicest sauces I've tried.
For a wine pairing, we have so many options. Chicken is versatile enough that we can go full bodied white, light red or even a rosé.

Rosé: Visione' Rosato, Feudi di San Gregorio, Campania, Italy
