Tarragon Roast Chicken with Potatoes & Garlic

This is a firm favourite for a Sunday Roast. Not only do I love the simplicity of it all, but that Mustard Mayo is one of the nicest sauces I've tried. 

For a wine pairing, we have so many options. Chicken is versatile enough that we can go full bodied white, light red or even a rosé. 

White: Les Colombiers' Chardonnay, Villa Noria, Pays d'Oc, France

Red: "Roccafiore" Sangiovese, Il Roccafiore, Umbria, Italy

Rosé: Visione' Rosato, Feudi di San Gregorio, Campania, Italy
