Here are some answers to your frequently asked questions about our events...

How much food will you be serving?

At the majority of our events at Hitchin we provide an ample grazing board of nibbles for you to enjoy. This is not intended to be a full meal, but we try to be generous! At the Self-Guided events we provide individual cheeseboards to complement your wines; at Burwash Manor events, cheeseboards are provided by the Larder.

At certain Wednesday evening events, particularly Supper Club events, full meals are provided; in such cases, there will be a menu of the meal being provided on the event booking page.

Can you cater for dietary requirements?

Absolutely! We are always able to provide, vegan and dairy and/or gluten free options, as well as catering for allergies. If you have specific dietary requirements, just let us know at time of booking and we'll ensure you're catered for.

How much wine will we be trying?

We normally serve 4-6 different wines during our tasting events, and we serve tasting measures (approx. 75ml per wine). Don't worry, though – top-ups are always available! At the Self-Guided events we serve flights, which consist of three wines.

Are the wines we try available for purchase?

They certainly are, and you can get 15% off them if you order at the event!

What is the cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy can be seen on the event page when you book tickets. Here it is in full:

Cancellations 10 days+ before the event qualify for a full refund minus Ticket Tailor fees.

Cancellations with less than 10 days notice:

Tickets can be transferred to a later event with a £5 admin fee.
