Colomba Bianca 'Vitese' Grillo, Italy

Colomba Bianca are kicking things off with their zesty and refreshing Grillo, Sicily's premier indigenous grape variety that's most famous for its role in the production of Marsala wines. More recently, it's coming into its own as a varietal for table wines, and this is an aromatic and floral wine with stone fruit and grapey flavours, finishing on a refreshing lime and white pepper note.

San Marzano 'Edda Lei Bianco', Italy

The San Marzano Cooperative in Salento has been turning out high quality wines since 1962. This blend of Chardonnay, Fiano and Moscatel is rich and decadent, with aromas of sun-ripened peach and mellow floral notes, interwoven with delicate hints of vanilla. Fresh and beautifully balanced, the rounded palate is elegant and has a touch of minerality on the finish.

Pepe Porter Mencía, Spain

Pepe Porter is made by Adegas Terrae, a producer founded as recently as 2017 in Monterrei, with the aim of raising the prestige of Galician wine around the world. This light red wine was made from a careful selection of Mencía, a grape often seen as Spain's answer to Pinot Noir and which can be served chilled. It has bright and intense aromas of raspberry, redcurrant and black plum with floral notes and hints of mint.

Finca Bacara 'White Skulls' Monastrell, Spain

This spicy, punchy and moreish red has attractive floral aromas, fruit compote and vanilla and balsamic notes in the background, and is full-flavoured and juicy! Hailing from the region of Jumilla, this 100% Monastrell has the balanced freshness on the palate to lift the ripe fruit through to a persistent finish. Finca Bacara's vines are cultivated without the use of any synthetic products, and are manually harvested.

Quinta de Quercus Tinto, Spain

We finish with an absolute beauty from Uclés. Hailing from a 44 hectare estate in an area of outstanding natural beauty, whose vineyards are cultivated sustainably to respect the estate's biodiversity, Quinta de Quercus gets everything right! This gorgeous, oak-aged Tempranillo is concentrated yet vibrant, with ripe, dark berries complemented by subtle spice. It's outrageously silky, with a texture of pure velvet.
