Tasting Notes: Such elegance and lightness to this wine, but certainly not short on concentration either. Packed full of cherry and a beautiful sweet and sour balance, with a peppering of balsamic and a hint of green pepper.

Grape: Corvina, Molinara, Rondinella

Best Enjoyed: Lovely with risotto or a light ragu.
