Tasting Notes: Bright, ripe cherry notes combine with aromas of wild raspberries. Very approachable, soft and fresh, but there is real structure and finesse.

Good to Know: Founded in 1871 by Giovanni Sartirano, San Silvestro has been passed down through four generations, and today it is run by cousins Paolo and Guido Sartirano. They hold the Equalitas certification for their sustainably cultivated vineyards. This wine is named after Otto I, Grand Emperor of Saxony.
