Tasting Notes: Intense peaches and lime aroma complexed with vanilla from the oak. The palate is rich in fruit, mineral and with well-balanced acidity.

Grape: Antao Vaz, Alvarinho & Viognier

Best Enjoyed: Lovely with rich fish or white meat dishes.

Good to Know: All three grapes have a presence in this rich white wine. Fermentation is in new French and Hungarian barrels at 14C for 3 weeks. Then it is aged “sur lies” with “battônage” to intensify its flavours. Intense peaches and lime aromas are the result and it has been given more complexity with vanilla from the oak.
