Tasting Notes: A gamey, elegant yet restrained style of Amarone with lovely raisiny red fruits through to a lingering and fine finish.

Grape: Corvina 45%, Corvinone 40%, Rondinella 15%

Best Enjoyed: This wine needs a big, intense stew or roast. 

Good to Know: The grapes come from a vineyard on the hills of Montecchia di Crosara, where the soil is gravel and limestone.
