Tasting Notes: An elegant and silky Barbera, with ripe blueberry and cherry jam flavours complemented by delicate toasty notes. Richly fruited with beautiful balance.

Grape: Barbera

Best Enjoyed: Fantastic wine for a Cheese board or with Pork Belly.

Good to Know: The grapes are hand-harvested into small, wooden baskets which are then stacked on top of each other to form ‘columns’ and placed in a fruit shed, which provides the perfect conditions to dry-age the whole-clusters of grapes and concentrate the sugars.
